MUST BE SECURITY CLEARED TO SC LEVEL.
- To define the DMICP service requirements in form of service level agreement.
- To manage and ensure contractual compliance with, theCBA IPTs in-service support for DMICP.
- To monitor the in-service performance and benifits realisation of the live DMICP system.
To work with customer 1 and 2 to define the service management plan, detailing all requirements,relative responsibilities and interfaces.
To ensure that the service elements are addressed at the invitation to negotiate stage, and subsequent contract.
To work with customer 1 and 2 to produce performance management metrics*processes.
To assist customer 2 in developing and maintaining the benefits realisation plan.
Must have recent experience of the in-service management processes
Must have previous experience of developing service managerment plans
